Taught by Fabian
I've been a carpenter for 22 years. I started my apprenticeship in 2004, ran my own contracting business, and spent four years as a trade supervisor managing crews of 5 to 15 carpenters.
I've also built my own home and tiny homes, so I know what it's like to be the one paying the bills and making the calls.
This course is everything I'd tell a mate who was about to manage their own build.
Be one of the first in
Founding members lock in A$297 for the course (normally A$497) and get three months of the app free.
Your A$49 deposit comes off the course price at launch in late March 2027. If the course doesn't go ahead, you get a full refund.
Questions
Do I need an owner-builder permit?
Most states require one once the work goes over a set value. The course walks through the rules and the application for each state and territory.
Does this replace my engineer, building surveyor or certifier?
No. This course is about managing your build: money, trades, materials and timing. You'll still need the professionals your permit and plans require.
What happens to my A$49 deposit?
It comes off the founding price when the course launches in late March 2027. If the course doesn't go ahead, you get it all back.
Do I have to buy the app?
No. The course and templates work on their own. The app is there if you want help keeping track while you build.
